Cut the walnuts with a knife and fry for a few minutes in a dry frying pan. We begin to spread the salad layers on a flat dish: first the meat, then the cucumber mixture with garlic and cover with mayonnaise. Sprinkle evenly with eggs, and then with walnuts. We remove the ready salad with fried beef and pickled cucumbers in the fridge and serve it to the table.
