Cook until ready for chicken meat, separate it from bone and crush straw or cubes. Champignons washed with running water, let it drain, shredded plates and let in a frying pan with vegetable oil until the liquid evaporates. At the end of the frying process, we season the mushrooms with salt, ground pepper and spices. At the same time, we boil the eggs to the full preparedness, we immerse it in ice water for a minute and clean it. Protein grinded through a grater, and yolks mash with a fork.

All components are prepared, we proceed to the formation of salad. At the bottom of a wide dish lay out on the center of chicken, cover it with a layer of mayonnaise and cover with a mushroom layer. Then turn the proteins and again a generous layer of mayonnaise. Next, spread the cheese, a little more mayonnaise and tear the salad on top with yolks. Now we decorate the salad so that it fully corresponds to the name. To do this, we put the chips at the edges of the dish, imitating the petals of the sunflower, and on top we lay out the quarters of the olives, which in our case will be its seeds.

To make this salad, you can use both chicken breast, and the pulp from the legs and thighs, and mushrooms can be fried with onions or even replace them with pickled mushrooms.

Potato tubers are washed thoroughly, filled with water and boiled until soft, and then allowed to cool and clean. Also cook hard-boiled eggs, pour cold water, clean and divide into yolks and proteins. We grind the prepared ingredients and cheese through a large grater, and the cod liver is kneaded with a fork and mixed with finely chopped green onions.

At the bottom of a large round dish lay first the grated potatoes and grease it with mayonnaise, then a mixture of cod liver and green onions and again mayonnaise. And in conclusion we cover the salad with protein with a generous layer of mayonnaise, we rub cheese and yolk.
