Syrniki - one of the popular dishes in Russian, Belarusian and Ukrainian culinary traditions. As we remember, cheese cakes are sweet or unsweetened pancakes made of wheat flour with cottage cheese, sometimes with eggs (it happens, as with other additives, for example, with raisins, dried apricots, pears, banana, pumpkin, greens).

Cottage cheese is a very useful product, it is necessary for the development and strengthening of bone tissue and is especially useful for children, as well as for rehabilitation after bone trauma. Usually, cheese cakes are fried in oil in a frying pan, of course, this method of heat treatment is not useful.

You can bake syrniki in the oven, laying on a baking tray, or cook them for a couple. This option will be most useful. Cheesecake cooked in steam in a double boiler can be recommended for children and diet food.

What fatness to choose cottage cheese, buy in a store, at a bazaar or cook from milk yourself, decide for yourself, the main thing is that the cottage cheese should be fresh, not acidic (of course, and eggs must also be fresh). If you buy cottage cheese in a store, it is better to choose a product without preservatives and additives (the label on the label should read "Cottage cheese", not "Cottage cheese product" or "Cottage cheese"). The flour must be sifted, it will ensure the absence of lumps in the dough and make the syringes more lush.

Recipe for steamed curds

In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, sifted flour, salt and spices (curry). All carefully mix the fork (you can mixer at low speed) until the state of a homogeneous mass. The dough should not be too steep, but it should not stick to your hands.

We divide the whole piece of dough into pieces and roll balls of about the same size as the walnut (or slightly larger). Sprinkle the hands with flour and form the cheese balls from the balls of the dough in the form of flat lozenges about 2-3 cm thick. We put the cheese cakes on the bottom of the steamer's working capacity so that they do not stick together with each other. We cook the cheesecakes for a couple of 30 minutes.

Ready syrniki slightly cool and served with sour cream or fruit jam, jam, jam or berry sauces. You can serve with unsweetened spicy sauces - this is as much as you like. If you plan to serve cheese rolls with savory sauces, you can include chopped fresh herbs in the test - it will be very tasty. You can also add a bit of fine carrots or pumpkin flesh.

Fill raisins with boiling water, wait for 10-15 minutes, drain the water and once again wash hot boiled water.

With a fork, carefully knead in a bowl the pulp of a banana or pear. Add cottage cheese, sifted flour, raisins, egg and vanilla (or cinnamon). Thoroughly mix the dough, divide it into approximately the same small lumps, from which we form syrniki (as well as in the previous recipe). We put the cheese cakes into the working capacity of the steamer. Cooking for 30 minutes.

Sugar, as you have noticed, can be perfectly replaced with fruits that have natural sweetness. It is not necessary to accustom children from childhood to sugar (it is not particularly useful for adults), it is much more difficult to unlearify from sugar than to "sit down" on sweet.

Finished slightly chilled dessert syrniki can be served with fruit jam, berry sauces, with sour cream, cream, chocolate or chocolate-nut cream. To syrnikov it is good to serve fresh compote, mors, tea, coffee, rooibos, karkade or mate.
