In the ground beef we pour in water, add half of the crushed onion, salt and mix. From the received mass we mold little bits and we paniruem them in a flour. Now fry them until a crust is obtained. Separately fry the onions, chopped with semicircles, and then transfer it to the saucepan. Mushrooms boil, let them cool, and 1 liter of broth cast and cool. Sliced ​​mushrooms cut into slices and also wait until cool. Now put the crocheted on the onion bowl, they do not need to be stacked on each other, they must be placed in 1 row. We lay mushrooms on top of them. Now we are making sauce: pass the flour on a dry frying pan, then add the tomato sauce, the mushroom broth and mix it. Add the bay leaf, bell pepper. Fill the resulting mass of bitos in Selyanski with mushrooms and put it for 15 minutes in the oven.

Meat and onions are passed through a meat grinder or crushed with a food processor. Until half cooked, cook rice. We connect all the ingredients, pour in the milk, salt, pepper and mix well. From the stuffing we make beat them, and fry them. The remaining onions are cleaned and cut into half rings. We fry it in the same frying pan, where the bitlets were previously roasted. Minutes through 3 add the sliced ​​mushrooms and cook until all the liquid has gone. In the end, pour in the flour and mix. Add sour cream, cream, chopped parsley, salt and mix. If the sauce is dense, you can pour a little water. Spread the bits into the shape and pour the sauce. We send it to the oven, heated to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. And little bits of mushroom sauce can be put out and on the stove over medium heat under the closed lid.
