Sausage in the dough

The sausage in the dough is a dish from student's times, when in the pocket there is one small thing and it is barely enough for a bun with sausage with unsweetened tea. Simple and unpretentious, but still very tasty, especially when this "miracle" of cooking in the fresh air and in the company of gay and the same hungry friends is eaten.

Sometimes, for a change, you can cook sausage in a dough and at home, especially when it's time to fiddle with breakfast or with dinner. We offer you two recipes of sausage in the test: flaky and yeast. The dough can be bought in any supermarket or made by yourself.

Sausages are fried in oil. Dough rolled out a thin layer and cut into squares of 8 x 8 cm. Each piece of dough is greased with a paste and a bit of mustard. At the corner of the square we put the sausage, turn off the dough and patch the edges. On top of the dough, grease the yolk and bake in the oven until a ruddy crust. We decorate with greens and treat our relatives.

We roll a yeast dough with a rolling pin or a bottle and cut it into squares of 10 x 10 cm. In the middle we put a sausage plate, a plate of cheese and wrap it in an envelope. Bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees until the dough blushes to a golden color. We serve for breakfast with sour cream.

Sausage in a frying pan test

In the bowl we drive in eggs, pour in milk and whisk. Add salt, pepper and flour. Thoroughly mix. It turns out liquid dough. Sausage cut into plates with a thickness of 0.5 to 1 cm. Vegetable oil is heated in a frying pan. Each plate of sausage is poured into our dough and fried in vegetable oil on each side until a light brown crust.

A hot snack is served on the table, previously sprinkled with a mixture of finely chopped greens. If time permits and you do not need to go anywhere, you can cook a delicious sauce of garlic , mustard, vinegar, greens and olive oil to the sausage in the dough. Try it, it's very tasty!
