Now we turn off the product with a roll and bind it with twine, twine or flagella. Lubricate the surface of the roll with a mixture of Adzhika and mayonnaise and send it to a warm oven. Approximately after fifty minutes of stay at 190 degrees, a chicken roll with prunes and nuts will be baked and bruised. The technology of duck rolls is similar to that described in the previous recipe. Similarly, the washed carcass is cut along the ridge and we extract all the bones. With a duck it will be more difficult, but the result is worth it. It turns out even more saturated, fragrant and tasty. Season the resulting duck layer with salt, pepper, spices and press through garlic. We spread also on the whole surface crushed juniper berries and washed prunes on the whole surface, sprinkle all the cedar nuts, and then turn off the rolls and tightly tie with twine.

Bake such a roll is better in foil or sleeve. We place the product in the chosen device, seal it and place it in a heated oven. The first sixty minutes we prepare the roll at a temperature of 180 degrees, and then reduce it to 160 degrees and bake the dish for another half an hour.

Before serving, the duck roll is cooled, cooled in the refrigerator and served, cutting into portions slices.

Roll of pork with prunes and nuts

To prepare a roll, you can take the flank or cut a single piece of pork into slices one and a half centimeters thick, and then discourage them and overlap them on the food film.
