Ingredients:
- mineral water - 1 l;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- sugar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- flour - 18 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed with a mixer, pouring gradually mineral water. The dough should turn out to be homogeneous and similar to thick sour cream. We set it aside for 30 minutes aside, and by this time we warm up the pan thoroughly, greased with grease. Then pour a little dough and fry the pancakes over medium heat on both sides.

Ingredients:
- kefir - 500 ml;
- soda - 1 teaspoon;
