Recipe for jelly with fruit and champagne

Molds are filled with berries for 3/4 and put in the refrigerator for cooling. Meanwhile, gelatin leaves are poured cold water and leave to swell. We take out the swollen gelatin and put it into a saucepan, pour it 150 ml of hot water with sugar. Thoroughly mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Once the water with gelatin has cooled to room temperature, add champagne and mix. Fill the resulting mixture of berries in the molds and return them back to the refrigerator.

Not in season, this jelly can be made from frozen fruits and berries, before defreezing them before pouring jelly solution.

Sour cream jelly with fruit

Jelly pour 150 ml of hot water and mix until dissolution. Once the gelatin has cooled to room temperature, add to it a mixture of sour cream and cream. We pour out the jelly on the forms and leave to freeze in the refrigerator.

Meanwhile, the strawberries are cut and put into a saucepan, pour 2 tablespoons of water, vanilla extract and add sugar. Cook the berries for 25-30 minutes, and pour the frozen jelly with the syrup obtained.

The same jelly can be prepared from yoghurt with fruit, mixing the latter with milk and adding after cooling the gelatinous mass.

Curd jelly with fruit

Gelatin is filled with water and left to swell, after which the water bath completely dissolves the swollen granules. Cottage cheese is wiped through a sieve and mixed with yogurt or yoghurt, add sugar (preferably powder, so that it is easier to dissolve), gelatin solution and mix everything. We pour the resulting mixture into molds filled with fruit. Leave the jelly in the refrigerator until it freezes.

Let's start with making strawberry mousse. In a small bowl, mix yogurt and sugar, set aside. Gelatin soak in cold water for 3-5 minutes, then squeeze out excess water, and put the soft leaves in a strawberry puree. We put the mixture in a microwave for 10 seconds, or until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Let's cool down. Add yogurt to the gelatin mixture and mix thoroughly. In another bowl, whip the cream to soft peaks and add air mass to the already available yoghurt mixture. Sponge cake back into the mold and pour out the mass from the mousse on top. Leave everything cool in the fridge for 15-30 minutes.

For jelly filling we soften gelatin in cold water, we squeeze out excess moisture. Swell the gelatin in a bowl with water, mashed potatoes and sugar and warm everything in the microwave for 10 seconds, until the crystals of gelatin are completely dissolved. When the gelatin mixture has cooled to room temperature, distribute it over the cake and return the dessert from the jelly with fruit back to the refrigerator until it is completely solidified.
