Vegetable Diet

The simplest recipe for a vegetable diet is that during the day you need to eat 1.5 kg of various vegetables (except potatoes) in raw or stewed. They are there when you feel hungry. Fruit and vegetable diet

  1. On the first day, you eat a salad of white cabbage and apples for breakfast, and drink with compote from fruit without sugar. For lunch, you need to eat vegetable soup (remember, without potatoes) and drink it with fruit tea. For a mid-morning snack, you can eat a large, grated carrot, seasoned with a teaspoon of sour cream. And for dinner - a Bulgarian pepper stuffed with tomatoes, eggplants and carrots.
  2. Breakfast of the second day consists of fat-free yoghurt with fruit, for lunch Greek salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, bell peppers, cheese), dressed with vegetable oil. For a mid-morning snack bake one big apple and pour it with a spoonful of honey. For dinner, you can eat broth from cabbage and drink fruit juice.
  3. On the third day, for breakfast, you eat a salad of young radish with green onions, parsley and dill. For lunch - tomatoes stuffed with mushrooms and sauerkraut, and on a mid-morning snack - a baked pumpkin. Dinner consists of vegetable stew and fruit compote.
  4. The menu of the fourth day of the vegetable diet: for breakfast - fruit salad (except bananas), for lunch - vegetable soup. For a mid-morning snack, prepare a salad of boiled buryak, prunes and dried apricots. And for dinner, you can drink 250 ml of low-fat kefir and eat a salad of vegetables sprinkled with grated cheese.
  5. For breakfast on the fifth day, eat a salad of carrots with an apple and drink yogurt. For lunch - vegetable stew and compote of dried fruits. Snack consists of a glass of various berries, and dinner - a broth of vegetables and freshly squeezed apple juice.
  6. On the sixth day, in the morning you eat a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers dressed with vegetable oil. For lunch - vegetable soup with compote of berries. Afternoon snack includes one apple, and for dinner bake vegetables and sprinkle them with grated cheese.
  7. On the last day of the vegetable diet menu looks like this: for breakfast - fruit salad and vegetable broth. For lunch, you can eat pea soup, for mid-morning snack - baked beets. And the seventh day's dinner consists of stewed zucchini, eggplant and tomato, which you drink with carrot juice.

Diet based on vegetable soup

The result of the diet with the help of vegetable soup will be - minus 6 kg of excess weight in 7 days. And the recipe for this miracle of soup is very simple: first, you grind 2 large onion heads and lightly fry in a deep frying pan in vegetable oil, add 1 tsp to it. curry, 1 tsp. cumin, 2 crushed cloves of garlic. This mixture you put out on low heat, and in the meantime cut 0.5 kg of cabbage and 0.3 kg of tomatoes. You also put them to stew. After 5 minutes, add 0.3 kg of cauliflower to them and pour the vegetables with water (1.5 liters). At the very end of the cooking, add laurel leaves, a pod of red hot pepper, parsley, coriander and 2 vegetable broth cubes.

During the day you need to eat the whole soup, dividing it into several portions. Try to drink plenty of water and green tea without sugar. For fast weight loss, this vegetable diet is what you need!

Protein-vegetable diet

Protein-vegetable diet is considered one of the most healthy and balanced diets. You can stick to it as much as you want and lose 3-4 kg per month. The menu of this vegetable diet looks like this: during the day you can eat 200 g of meat or sausage (if desired, you can substitute cottage cheese or fish), 100 g low fat cheese, one egg and an unlimited number of vegetables (except potatoes).
