Preparation for a diet on rice will take four days. You need to buy 4 disposable cups (it is not necessary, you can use any other containers), a pack of brown or black rice by choice (in our country it is easier to find brown rice - do not be surprised, it costs much more than usual, but it is more useful) .

Take 2 tablespoons of rice, rinse it thoroughly and put it in a glass. Write "No 1" on the glass, pour it over with water and leave it in the fridge or on the windowsill. Next day, wash rice again and soak again. Take another glass, write on it "number 2", put there 2 tablespoons of washed rice and pour water.

On the third day, rinse all the rice, change the water from it and get a glass of "No.3", where you put the next portion of rice. On the fourth and final day of preparation, rinse the rice in all the cups, refill with water and start a glass "No.4", where by analogy, put the same amount of washed rice and pour water.

The next, fifth day, is the first day of the diet. In the morning from the glass "№ 1" you need to pour the water, put rice into a plate and pour boiling water for 15 minutes. Breakfast is ready! Add salt, sugar, oil and other spices not. Eat a natural product and let it clean your body! Since it is not necessary to cook rice for a diet, it turns out to be somewhat tough, but still quite pleasant to the taste.

In a loosened glass, fill in a new portion of rice, fill it with water (you can sign "No. 5", so as not to get confused, or stop on the glass "No. 1"). Rinse the remaining rice.
