What does celery seedlings look like?

Such an amazing plant, like celery, can be obtained on your home plot only by growing through seedlings. It is sown, like any other, in a tank with soil and placed on the window sill before the heat comes, when it can be dropped into the ground.

The first leaves of celery seedlings look the same as many other plants - they are small and round on a long thin stalk. But the second pair and all the following already have a kind of appearance, which both in the transplant period and in the adult plant resembles large leaves of parsley.

What does a leaf celery look like?

If you want to get a maximum of vitamins, you should use fresh green celery leaf, very similar foliage to parsley. Only here it is the largest, but the stems are more fleshy and densely knocked down. Such a plant reaches a height of about half a meter.

What does celery cherry look like?

Leaf celery is not only edible green leaflets, but juicy dense stems. They have a diameter of up to 10 cm at the base and a length of about 30 cm and somewhat resemble the structure of leeks. This type of celery, more precisely, this terrestrial part is used as fresh in salads, and is used for cooking and quenching. From petioled celery, excellent sauces are obtained for meat and fish dishes.

What does the celery root look like?

To prepare a dietary flavored soup or a juicy salad, use the root part of the celery, which looks like a giant rough potato. The tuber has a brownish-golden color and a dense rough structure. On the hard skin there are numerous irregularities in the form of depressions and protuberances, which gives the celery root a similarity with the cosmic body.
