Currant - a very common berry, which contains many useful substances. Fruits of different species, subspecies and cultural hybrids of currant have characteristic tastes and aromas. From fresh currants (as well as frozen or wiped with sugar), you can prepare tasty vitamin cocktails, which are perfect for children's parties or non-alcoholic parties.
Cocktail of black or red currant with yogurt
Ingredients:
- currant fresh or frozen - 250 g;
- yoghurt natural live classic - 500 ml;
- (optional) peeled almonds - 4 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
Currant and homemade yogurt will break through in the blender. We will cut into wide glasses, and if the yogurt is thick enough (Greek), put the mixture in the crockery. Add a spoonful of almond kernels, you want - ground, you want - whole. Served with spoons.
Modification for adults: add to each glass of 25-30 ml of white or pink vermouth. If almonds are present, serve with spoons, if not - can be with ducts.
Milk cocktail with black or red currant
Calculation of ingredients for 4 servings.
Ingredients:
- currant fresh (or frozen or even rubbed with sugar) - 200 g;
- milk pasteurized with a fat content of 2.5% - 400 ml;
- Ice cream "Plombir" - about 200 g;
- cream thick natural milk - about 160 ml;
- some dark chocolate for sprinkling.
Preparation
Currant and milk will be poured into a blender (if prepared for adults, you can add 40 ml of blackcurrant liquor). Mixer cream cream into a stable foam. Milk-currant mixture poured into wide bulky glasses. In each put on a ball of ice cream. On top, lay out the whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate or decorate the currant berries. Our milkshake is ready!
Note : It is not necessary to add sugar in these cocktails (or, as some advise, grated sweet cookies) - it is not useful either for children or for adults. Currant itself has a fairly pleasant sweet and sour taste, which perfectly combines with the tastes of dairy products.
