Lubricate the top of the patties with an egg mixture and send it to the oven, which must be heated to a temperature of 200-210 degrees, for 15 minutes.

In the cherry we remove the bones, fill it with sugar and vanilla. The juice that separates is drained, otherwise it will flow out of the products during the baking process. Defrosted naturally dough cut into rectangles about 8 by 10 cm. Each piece is slightly rolled out. For one half, put the cherry and top with a teaspoonful of 1 teaspoon of starch. Thanks to it the filling will be more viscous. Belcom lubricate the edges of the rectangle, fasten them, forming a patty, and then with a yolk grease the top. Puff pastry with frozen cherries and cream cheese

Cherries without seeds are defrosted, we add lemon juice and starch. Cream cheese mixed with vanilla extract and powdered sugar. Each sheet of puff pastry is rolled out and cut into 4 rectangles. On each of them we spread a little cream cheese and cherry. The edges of the dough are smeared with eggs, whipped with milk. We form pies in the form of triangles. Each of them is lubricated with egg mass and blended with sugar. We send the patties to the oven with a temperature of 200 degrees. And after 15 minutes they will be ready. It is only to cool them a bit and start drinking tea.
