To enhance the effect, you can add to your mixture 3-5 drops of essential oil of any citrus. Cover the mixture with a lid and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.

  5. Relax and lie down for about 1.5-2 hours.
  6. The procedure is over! Return to the bathroom, remove the film and wash the clay - it can not be reused.
