- butter - 280 g;
- wheat flour - 450 g;
- chicken egg - 1 piece;
- home-made sour cream - 1 kg (250 g - in dough, 750 g - in cream);
- granulated sugar - 0,5 kg (220 g - in dough, 200 g - in cream, 80 g - in cherry);
- baking powder - 1,5 tsp.
- fresh cherries - 500 g;
- grated chocolate - 80 g.
Preparation
A piece of good butter three on a large grater, and after rubbing it with his hands with a pre-sifted flour with baking powder. We break the structure of the egg, separated from the shell, with the addition of sugar, followed by the home-made sour cream intended for the test. Pour the resulting mixture into a bowl of flour and, mixing it quickly, mix a tight, non-sticky dough, which is put in a bag and sent for no more than 30 minutes to the freezer.
Fresh cherries, separate from the stone and pour it a little sugar. We take out the cooled dough and divide it into two or three parts, each of which we subsequently thinly roll out and cut into strips of approximately equal length. We place along the entire length of each such strip prepared cherry cherry and, lifting up the edge of the dough, we close the cherry in the form of a tube, from which we will afterwards form a cake with the wonderful name "Winter Cherry". Sew down exactly lay out the tubes on the parchment, with which we cover the baking sheet and put it in the oven heated up to 185 degrees for only 15 minutes.
With a mixer, beat the remaining sour cream in a deep bowl with the gradual addition of sugar in it and bring them to a lush, airy mass.
