Mix a mixture of flour and oil in a bowl with previously prepared liquid ingredients, until you get a tight dough. Now put the second piece of oil in a tight bag and knock it into a flat plate.

Roll out the dough approximately one centimeter thick, lay a layer of oil on one edge, close it with the second half of the dough and roll it out, about the same size as it was before the oil was added to it. Collect the dough, like folding a towel and wrap it in a bag, send it to the freezer for half an hour.

Recipe for a puffed, batterless test at home

This recipe is considered fast because, unlike the traditional one, it does not require long and troublesome rolling, alternating with constant cooling.

First beat the chilled eggs with a generous pinch of salt, add the vinegar, pour in the water and mix thoroughly. The volume of the obtained liquid base for the test should be approximately equal to 200-250 ml. Determine it in the fridge, and remove the oil and grate over the sifted flour, sometimes dipping a piece of butter into the flour. While stirring, stir the butter and flour crumbs periodically.

Now collect the mass of the hill, form a groove in the center and pour into it an ice liquid base, mixing it thoroughly with folding movements, decorating the dough with layers.

Give the dough a rectangular shape, place it in a bag and store it in the freezer. From the received volume it turns out almost two kgs of delightful puff pastry.
