We sift the flour several times in a bowl, add the oil, salt, sour cream and, if necessary, a little water. We knead a homogeneous dough, wrap it with food film, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

This time, we cool the processed cheese, remove them from the package and grind them on a large grater. We process the onion, thinly shred the semicircles, and pass it to a soft state in vegetable oil. After that, we cool the roast, put it in a bowl, add grated cheese and season it with spices. Next, drive in fresh eggs and carefully mix everything with a whisk.

Ready dough spread on the table, sprinkled with flour and roll. Divide it in half and put one part in a form, oiled with oil. We form the hands of low sides and spread a uniform layer of filling. Now cover the top with the second piece of rolled dough, tightly fix the edges and grease the top of the pie with milk. Bake in a hot oven for 40 minutes, until golden brown. Ready cake with melted cheese and onion is cooled and served on the table.

Preparation

We sift the flour with baking powder and combine it with softened butter. Then we put sour cream, add salt and pour olive oil. We knead the dough, roll it into a thin layer and carefully shift it into a baking dish, making small arms with hands.

To make the filling, we clean onion, grind and passer. Then cool, add the chopped sausage cheese, drive in the egg and mix. We spread the filling over the dough and send the cake to the oven for about 20 minutes. Finished dish sprinkled with grated cheese and put another 3 minutes in the oven.
