Preparation

Milk is a little warmed up. Its temperature should be about 35 degrees. Put yeast in it and rub it until it is completely dissolved, then add 1 tablespoon of sugar and about the same amount of flour. We mix it to the state of homogeneity. You should get a lot of consistency, such as dough for pancakes. This will be our opara. Lightly we rub it on top with flour, cover with a napkin and for an hour and a half send it to a warm place. It will fully ripen when, after a good ascent, it begins to descend. And on the surface of the opaque there will be "wrinkles". Now we start directly to prepare the dough: rub the eggs with salt and sugar. Butter (you can also take margarine) melt and necessarily cool to about room temperature. Pour the oil into the egg mixture and mix well. Pour the resulting mass into an opaque and mix. Gradually add flour, when the dough is already dense enough, we spread it on the table and continue to knead. It is desirable that this process last at least 20 minutes. After that, we place it in a dry clean dish, cover it with a napkin and put it into the warmth. From the finished dough we roll the tourniquet, then cut it into several pieces, 80-85 grams each. We roll balls out of them and leave them for 5 minutes. After that, each ball with a rolling pin we transform into a cake with a diameter of about 15 cm. Using a brush, grease them with melted butter and top with sugar and cinnamon. Now turn the flat cakes into rolls so that the sugar and cinnamon are inside. Fold the rolls in half and lightly press. On a bend with a knife, make a deep incision, not reaching the edge of about 2 cm, and turn the halves of sugar up. Here and turned out buns with cinnamon from a yeast dough in the form of a heart. Put them on a baking tray, pre-oiled, and leave, covered with a napkin, come up. After about half an hour, grease them with a beaten egg. Sweet buns from the yeast dough bake a quarter of an hour at 200 degrees. Bon Appetit!
