How to make a salad with smoked sausage and cabbage? First, let's prepare the dressing: pour a little olive oil into the container, throw a pinch of seasonings, garlic, pre-crushed, and mix well. Then pour in a little soy sauce and leave the mixture to infuse for a while. From white cabbage carefully cut out a stump, finely shred the leaves with straws, put them into a deep container, salt them and carefully knead them. The bulb is cleaned, cut into half rings and added to the cabbage. Tomatoes are crushed and sent to a salad bowl. Sausage is cleaned from the skin, chopped with small straws, and the cheese is shredded or three on a grater. All mixed, sprinkle with chopped herbs, season with sauce and mix well. We give the salad to stand for 15 minutes, and then spread out on plates and sent to the table.

Carrots are well washed under running water, wiped with a towel, cleaned and grinded large on the grater, add fine salt and set aside for a few minutes. Sausage is released from the film and cut into small slices. Dill greens, parsley and onions are washed under warm water, shaken and shredded with a knife. We merge the liquid from the corn, and the seeds themselves are thoroughly washed underwater. All the resulting ingredients are laid out in a deep bowl, throw a little green peas, add mayonnaise and mix everything well.
