Preparation

We clear the onion, shred very small cubes and add to the stuffing. Also pour in water, season with salt, ground black pepper and mix. Lavash is cut into squares. For each of them we put the filling and distribute it on one side diagonally, retreating from the edge of one and a half to two centimeters. Preparation

Each layer of pita bread is cut into squares. Any brine cheese, in our case cheese, we pass through a large grater. The same actions are done with hard cheese. Green onions and fresh greens of parsley and dill are washed, well dried and cut finely. We combine two kinds of cheese and greens and mix well.

The edges of each square are finely etched with whipped egg. On the one hand, we put stuffing from cheese and greens and cover with the other side. You can make both triangular and rectangular chebureks, as you like. Tightly press the edges and leave for a few minutes for gluing.
