Chicken fillet and garlic crushed with a meat grinder (nozzle choose medium or large). In the resulting stuffing, add the egg, cognac, softened butter, grated cheese, salt, dry spices, chopped finely sweet pepper and shredded greens. Thoroughly mix.

How to cook chicken sausage? In this case, proceed as follows. We lay out the forcemeat (in the form of sausage, of course) on oiled foil and wrap. We are packed from the edges as a candy, then wrapped in cellophane (not polyethylene!) Film and bandaged with chef twine in two or three or four places and around the edges. Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees or boil (for example, in a gooseberry) for 30-40 minutes. Cool and put in the refrigerator for 5-8 hours. After this time, you can unwrap the sausage, cut into slices and enjoy.

Such a product can be stored in a good refrigerator for 4-6 days. If you want to cook the product for a longer period of storage, exclude vegetables, greens and garlic from the composition. Also, if you cook a lot of minced meat for cooking sausages using natural guts.
