A stunningly fragrant and surprisingly gentle sour cream cake with cherries baked at home is a great idea for a summer tea party.
Sand cake with cherry and sour cream
Ingredients:
For the test:
- butter - 0,5 packs;
- powdered sugar - 105 g;
- egg yolk -1 pcs .;
- flour - 205 g.
To fill:
- cherry seedless - 355 g;
- sour cream - 255 ml;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- powdered sugar - 105 g;
- starch - 15 g.
Preparation
The melted butter is beaten with a mixer, gradually adding powdered sugar. Then enter the egg yolk, flour and knead the soft dough. We form a lump and remove it for a while in the cold.
After, the dough is thinly rolled out and evenly distributed on the bottom of the mold, creating low sides. We bake the cake in a preheated oven to a ruddy state.
Without wasting time, we prepare the berry: we wash it, drain it and remove the bones. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sour cream, starch and powder. Bake the cake carefully from the oven, distribute an even layer of cherry and pour out the top cream. Again, we send the delicacy to the oven and bake a cake with cherry and sour cream for another 35 minutes.
Yeast pie with cherries and sour cream
Ingredients:
For the test:
- milk - 145 ml;
- flour - 275 g;
- butter - 55 g;
- sugar - 85 g;
- yeast - 25 g.
To fill:
- cherry - 415 g;
- sugar is small - 155 g;
- egg - 1 piece;
- orange fresh peel - to taste;
- sour cream is low-fat - 185 ml.
Preparation
Combine the flour with yeast and sugar. Gradually pour in the heated milk and introduce melted butter. Next, pour in the flour and knead the soft dough. We spread it into a saucepan, tighten it with film and send it to a warm place for several hours. Further we roll out into a thin layer, lay out on a baking tray and form low sides. On top, lay out the frozen cherry and sprinkle with sugar. Bake the cake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven.
In the meantime, we'll fill the gap: sour cream and sugar, beat up the mixer, throw the grated orange peel and break the egg. The ready mix is poured evenly on the berry and again we send the dessert to bake for another half an hour.

- flour - 115 g;
- baking powder.
To fill:
- sour cream low-fat - 205 ml;
- frozen cherries without pits - 355 g;
- an egg of choice - 1 piece;
- sugar cane - 215 g.
Preparation
In the melted butter we add sour cream, we throw flour, baking powder and mix the dough. Roll it into the cake and place it in a baking dish. From above distribute the berries and fill them with a mixture made from sour cream, sugar and eggs. We send the cake for half an hour to a preheated oven.
