We are all used to the fact that diets prohibit all the most delicious and offer to stop on low-fat, light foods. Liepaja diet: the basics

- bread from the diet is excluded;
- every day you need to drink 1.5 liters of water;
- twice a week it is desirable to take a conifer bath for 20 minutes (the extract is sold in pharmacies).

Menu of the Liepaja diet
The Liepaja diet assumes very strict adherence to the proposed menu. In the first month of the diet, your menu will be as follows.
Menu on MONDAY and THURSDAY:
- breakfast - a cup of tea (coffee), a sandwich with a thin layer of butter and low-fat cheese;
- dinner - 6 tablespoons of raw vegetables, 135gr of any meat + a glass of juice at your choice;
- dinner - 6 tablespoons of vinaigrette with sunflower oil, a glass of low-fat milk or kefir.
Menu on TUESDAY, FRIDAY and RESURRECTION:
- breakfast - a cup of tea (coffee), one sandwich with sausage or meat;
- dinner - 6 tablespoons of raw vegetables, 135gr of any fish + a glass of juice for your taste;
- dinner - 5-6 tablespoons of any meat salad with mayonnaise, a glass of milk or kefir to choose from.
Menu on WEDNESDAY (unloading day):
- breakfast - an apple, 100 gr of cottage cheese, 4 walnuts;
- lunch is the same as for breakfast;
- dinner - two glasses of milk or kefir + a couple of spoons of honey.
SATURDAY:
- breakfast - a cup of tea (coffee) + 2 boiled eggs;
- dinner - 6 tablespoons of raw vegetables, 135 gr. any meat + a glass of juice for your taste;
- dinner - 6 tablespoons of vinaigrette with sunflower oil, a glass of low-fat milk or kefir.
The Liepaja diet assumes a similar diet for all three months. The differences are quite insignificant:
- in the second month on FRIDAY dinner instead of the usual will be sweet: it is supposed to be chocolate cheese and five pecans;
- in the third month, the MONDAY ration changes: for all three meals you need to evenly distribute 1 kg of any fruit and 1.5 liters of kefir.
This diet, unlike many others, leaves and fatty foods, and meat salads with mayonnaise, but, nevertheless, allows you to effectively lose weight.
