  5. Now you need to roll from heel to toe. Help yourself with your arms, swinging them in time with the movement.
  6. Do the circular movements of the feet and the pelvis at the same time, rolling from the toe to the side of the foot, then, on the heel and again on the side. Go first to one, and then to the other side.
  7. After this exercise, it is recommended that you shake your legs to relieve tension. Lie down next to the wall and throw your feet on it, placing emphasis on the heels.

Good results for relieving tension from the feet give contrasting baths, so first lower your legs into the cold, and then, into warm water.
