Causes

Exercises

  1. Flexion of fingers - we sit on the floor, legs are stretched in parallel, we bend our fingers to ourselves and from ourselves.
  2. Bending the foot - gently pull the socks off from yourself and to yourself. We perform three approaches 8 times.
  3. We make a circular rotation of the foot.
  4. IP - we sit on a chair, bend and unbend our toes.
  5. IP - the same, we twist our toes. Four approaches 8 times.
  6. Raise the feet to the toes and lower them to the floor.
  7. We put our feet "clubfoot," from this position, we go up to the socks and lower our feet to the floor.
  8. Fists clamped between the knees, legs "clubfoot." We twist our toes and return to the FE.
  9. Stops together, the distance between the knees is 1 cam. We raise our feet on the heels, covering the toe of the foot of one foot, with the toe of the other. We alternate legs.
  10. Legs are stretched, we make circular movements in feet.
