Fasting is good or bad?

Since doctors recognize in the home conditions only a short-term starvation on the water, we will not consider the harm and benefit of dry fasting. If the doctor appoints you, he will conduct it under his own control and he will tell about the benefits. We will consider the benefit and harm of the daily wet fasting - the only type of fasting that can be performed without medical supervision.

Correct starvation

For fasting to lead to benefits, you must strictly observe the following conditions:

  1. Fasting systematically 1 day a week (for example, Sunday).
  2. Before starving for 3 days to abandon all meat, fish products.
  3. Two days before starvation, eliminate beans, nuts and oils.
  4. The day before the fasting is allowed to eat only cereals, fruits and vegetables .
  5. On the day of fasting, you need to drink 2-3 liters of clean, non-carbonated water, after each glass putting a little salt under the tongue.
  6. You need to get out of starvation as you entered it, but in the reverse order - first you add fruits and cereal, then oils and nuts, and only on the third day - everything except meat.

Fulfillment of all these rules will allow you to achieve maximum health benefits through fasting.

One-day fasting: benefit and harm

Choosing a wet one-day fast, you determine whether it will bring you a positive or negative result. After all, if you do not follow the strict rules of holding it, there can be more negative impact. But the right fasting can lead to such positive effects:

At the same time, curative fasting will not benefit, but harm, if you refuse a smooth entrance for three days, or you will go out sharply. The fact is that the human body tends to an orderly schedule, and any abrupt changes are perceived as stress. In case you severely deprive yourself of food, the body will scare the alarm, you will feel bad, and the metabolism will decrease so much that the harm thereafter will be more than good. After all, instead of a healing effect, you will achieve only metabolic disturbances, which will have to be returned to normal for quite a long time.

Before using fasting, check with your doctor if you have any contraindications. There are more gentle ways of cleaning, and this should not be forgotten.
