Eggs are rubbed with sugar, add butter. Soda is quenched in kefir, combined with the egg-sugar mixture, pour the sifted flour and knead the dough. Divide it into 2 identical parts - in one of them we add vanilla sugar, and in the second cinnamon and cocoa. We bake cakes for about 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Cut the skins and cut them in half. We clean 2 bananas, rub them to the state of gruel, add butter, condensed milk and whisk thoroughly. We apply grease to the obtained cream and, alternating with the dark and light, lay out on top of each other. If desired, the cake can be filled with chocolate glaze or melted chocolate and decorated with coconut shavings and banana mugs.

Eggs beat with sugar, add cocoa, margarine, grated on a large grater, vanilla sugar and flour. Knead the dough. Then we divide it into 2 parts (one of them is bigger, the other is smaller). A small part is wrapped in a bag and sent to the freezer for about half an hour. We combine the ingredients for the filling and whisk them. The most part of the test is laid out in the form, making the sides, we put the top on top, which is covered with a batter from a freezer grated on a large grater.
