Yeast put in a bowl, pour warm water, put sugar and leave the mixture in a warm place for 10 minutes, until the foam appears. We sift the flour, mix it with salt, add the egg and, gradually pouring in the yeast mixture, knead an elastic and homogeneous dough.

Garlic and peeled with cheese three on a small grater, and then gradually weed into the dough. We put the received mass in a warm place for about an hour, so that it increases in volume of two times. Then we knead the dough and form small buns from it. We put them on a baking tray, oiled, greased with yolk, sprinkled with sesame and baked in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees, about 30 minutes.

How to cook garlic buns? In a small saucepan mix flour, yeast, salt, sugar and pour in warm boiled water. We knead a homogeneous soft dough, cover it with a food film and put it for 30 minutes in a warm place. Then add olive oil, mix, again cover with a film and leave the dough for 45 minutes to go up and go.

This time we prepare the filling with you: garlic is cleaned, squeezed through the press, mixed with mayonnaise and fresh herbs.

We lubricate the baking dish with oil. The table is sprinkled with flour, we spread the dough, we divide it into 2 equal parts. Each roll out into a thin rectangular layer, spread a uniform layer of filling and wrap the dough in a roll. Next, cut each into 5 identical parts and lay buns with garlic filling in the mold. We pour them with milk, sprinkle sesame on top at will and leave for 30 minutes to rise. Then put the mold in a preheated to 180 degrees oven and bake for 20 minutes until light-golden color.
