Gingerbread cake with bananas

In the absence of time for baking complex and intricate desserts, simple recipes of products without baking come to the rescue. Such are the options for making a cake of gingerbread with sour cream and bananas. Despite the hasty decoration of delicacies, and, it would seem, a primitive set of dessert ingredients always succeeds in glory and it turns out to be simply divinely tasty.

Cake of chocolate gingerbread with bananas and sour cream without baking

Ingredients:

Preparation

  1. To make a cake, cut each gingerbread along two halves, and peeled bananas with shredded mugs.
  2. Sour cream is mixed with sugar powder.
  3. A suitable bowl is lined with food film so that the edges hang down.
  4. Now dipping slices of gingerbread in sour cream and spreading to the bottom of the bowl, filling the voids with gingerbread fragments and pouring a small amount of sour cream.
  5. From above lay a layer of banana circles, which again cover with halves of gingerbread in sour cream.
  6. We alternate the layers until the bananas run out, and finish with the cakes.
  7. The last banana layer is shredded with chopped nuts.
  8. Cover the surface of the cake in a bowl with the dangling edges of the film and set it at night to soak it on the shelf of the refrigerator.
  9. Before serving, turn the cake over a flat wide dish, remove the film and decorate with chocolate chips and cocoa.

Cake from oat gingerbread with bananas and kiwi

Ingredients:

  1. Instead of chocolate gingerbread, we will use oatmeal. In this case, we leave them entirely, and we will cut only the peeled ripe bananas and kiwi with mugs.
  2. Dip oatmeal gingerbread in a mixture of powdered sugar and sour cream and have a solid layer on the bottom of the food bowl lined with food.
  3. From the top we first distribute banana mugs, and then slices of kiwi.
  4. We alternate the layers until the components run out, then cover the surface of the cake with the edges of the film, and we place the light load on top.
  5. After a few hours of soaking in the fridge, turn the cake into a dish, remove the film and take a sample.

Cake of gingerbread and bananas with condensed milk

  1. In this case, as a cream for impregnating gingerbreads, we will use a cream made of sour cream and boiled condensed milk.
  2. To do this, simply mix the ingredients in a bowl. If the gingerbread is not sweet enough, or if the sweetness of the resulting cream is not enough for you, you can add a little sugar powder or a syrup of jam.
  3. Gingerbreads are cut into cubes or plates, and the peeled bananas are shredded with mugs.
  4. Making out the cake, as well as in the previous recipes, we lay out in layers covered in a film a bowl of gingerbread and bananas soaked in cream.
  5. We finish the cake with a layer of gingerbread, then cover the product with the edges of the film and send it for several hours to the refrigerator shelf.
  6. On readiness we turn the cake on the dish, remove the film and we rub the surface of the product with chopped walnuts.
