In the absence of time for baking complex and intricate desserts, simple recipes of products without baking come to the rescue. Such are the options for making a cake of gingerbread with sour cream and bananas. Despite the hasty decoration of delicacies, and, it would seem, a primitive set of dessert ingredients always succeeds in glory and it turns out to be simply divinely tasty.
Cake of chocolate gingerbread with bananas and sour cream without baking
Ingredients:
- gingerbreads chocolate - 990 g;
- bananas are large ripe - 4 pcs .;
- sour cream of average fat content - 950 g;
- shredded walnuts - handful;
- powdered sugar - glass;
- cocoa powder and chocolate chips for decoration.
Preparation
- To make a cake, cut each gingerbread along two halves, and peeled bananas with shredded mugs.
- Sour cream is mixed with sugar powder.
- A suitable bowl is lined with food film so that the edges hang down.
- Now dipping slices of gingerbread in sour cream and spreading to the bottom of the bowl, filling the voids with gingerbread fragments and pouring a small amount of sour cream.
- From above lay a layer of banana circles, which again cover with halves of gingerbread in sour cream.
- We alternate the layers until the bananas run out, and finish with the cakes.
- The last banana layer is shredded with chopped nuts.
- Cover the surface of the cake in a bowl with the dangling edges of the film and set it at night to soak it on the shelf of the refrigerator.
- Before serving, turn the cake over a flat wide dish, remove the film and decorate with chocolate chips and cocoa.
Cake from oat gingerbread with bananas and kiwi
Ingredients:
- gingerbread cakes - 990 g;
- bananas are large ripe - 4 pcs .;
- kiwis ripe - 3 pieces;
- sour cream of average fat content - 950 g;
- powdered sugar - glass.
Preparation
- Instead of chocolate gingerbread, we will use oatmeal. In this case, we leave them entirely, and we will cut only the peeled ripe bananas and kiwi with mugs.
- Dip oatmeal gingerbread in a mixture of powdered sugar and sour cream and have a solid layer on the bottom of the food bowl lined with food.
- From the top we first distribute banana mugs, and then slices of kiwi.

- boiled condensed milk - 320 g;
- ground walnuts - 130 g.
Preparation
- In this case, as a cream for impregnating gingerbreads, we will use a cream made of sour cream and boiled condensed milk.
- To do this, simply mix the ingredients in a bowl. If the gingerbread is not sweet enough, or if the sweetness of the resulting cream is not enough for you, you can add a little sugar powder or a syrup of jam.
- Gingerbreads are cut into cubes or plates, and the peeled bananas are shredded with mugs.
- Making out the cake, as well as in the previous recipes, we lay out in layers covered in a film a bowl of gingerbread and bananas soaked in cream.
- We finish the cake with a layer of gingerbread, then cover the product with the edges of the film and send it for several hours to the refrigerator shelf.
- On readiness we turn the cake on the dish, remove the film and we rub the surface of the product with chopped walnuts.
