How to fry the seeds in a frying pan?

Eating sunflower seeds is a cult psychological pleasure, comparable to tea drinking and meditation. There is an opinion that the use of seeds is harmful, mainly, however, not supported by dietitians. On the contrary, the moderate use of well-cooked sunflower seeds helps to strengthen the vessels and improves the work of the nervous system, brain and digestion. The most useful are raw seeds extracted from the husks directly in the process of consumption. The recommended daily amount should not exceed 100 grams.

Recently, sunflower seeds (peeled and peeled, fried and non-fried) are sold packed in assortment. However, we are not always satisfied with the taste of these finished products, they can deteriorate due to violation of terms and conditions of storage. In addition, we do not know how they are cooked, do not contain any useless additives.

We wash seeds to release them from dust and small particles of a plant and we throw back on a sieve, and then spread freely on a clean napkin.

We heat a dry frying pan, cast iron or aluminum (without coatings) well. We fall asleep seeds, we distribute them evenly on a plane of a frying pan. First, on medium-high heat, dry it, stirring with a wooden spatula, until the steam ceases to rise. Then reduce the fire to a minimum and, while stirring, fry until the desired readiness (presumably, the frying time will not be more than 10 minutes). If the seeds begin to crackle, it's definitely time to turn off the fire. You can add in the process of final frying 1-2 pans of large salt in the pan. Pour the fried seeds, evenly distributed, on a clean dry napkin or wooden board.

Some like to fry sunflower seeds, making them more salty, as you know, it's not useful. In any case, the amount of salt should not exceed 1 teaspoon without top to 1 cup of seeds. Moreover, you do not need to add oil to the pan, maybe someone is more delicious, but there are much more carcinogens with such frying.

Well, and most importantly: I want to advise you to shell seeds with your teeth, but manually - this style of use will be the best. And there are pumpkin seeds, which are an excellent means for cleaning the body of possible harmful microorganisms. Pumpkin seeds optimize water-salt metabolism, strengthen blood vessels and promote male strength.

How correctly to fry pumpkin seeds?

Pumpkin seeds extracted from the husks during absorption are excellent in taste without any toasting, and if they are raw and wet (only that extracted from the fruit), they should be dried in a dry frying pan or on a baking sheet in the oven. If you still want to lightly fry them, proceed the same way as when frying sunflower seeds (see above). Salt is completely unnecessary. Eat pumpkin seeds, extracting the nucleoli with your fingers, it's not difficult, besides develops fine motor skills, which is especially good for children from 4 years old.

How to fry peeled seeds?

Peeled sunflower seeds are fried in the same manner as those not emptied of the husks, in this case they must first be filled with hot water, and then after 3 minutes drain the water and rinse again to remove any residual oil (it can be unpleasantly bitter). Then lightly dry the seeds on a napkin, or just eat them, or lightly dry, fry in a dry frying pan, stirring with a wooden spatula. We act in approximately the same way as when frying seeds in the husk (see above).
