- flour of the highest grade wheat - 150 g;
- cocoa - 70 g;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- baking powder for dough - 15 g;
- butter of 73% fat content - 110 g;
- sand of sugar - 160 g.
For cottage cheese stuffing:
- eggs - 1 piece;
- wheat flour - 65 g;
- cottage cheese - 320 g;
- granulated sugar - 60 g;
- Vanillin - 1 package.
Preparation
Melt the oil. In it we add cocoa powder and mix. Beat the eggs with the addition of sugar and add the oil mixture with cocoa. Preparation
