Lazy Manty

Mantas - a hearty and extremely popular dish on our vast spaces, but because of the length of cooking, not everyone wants to try to realize it personally. Especially for those who do not like to bother with the test, we suggest making a steam roll, which is easy to prepare with different fillings: classic meat or minimalistic vegetable, but it always turns out to be surprisingly delicious, especially accompanied by various sauces.

Lazy manti are not only easy to prepare, but also extremely picturesque. These, with chicken, are obtained especially beautiful, because they are cooked in the form of a rose and keep it even after cooking.

Preparation

Preparation, as usual, we begin with the test. Beat eggs with warm water and add to the liquid a good pinch of salt. We sift the flour directly on the table, in the center we make a deepening and pour out the egg mixture into it. Gradually picking up the edges of a flour slide, we knead a tight dough and, covering it with a film, we leave in the heat for half an hour. The rest of the dough is rolled into a layer about a millimeter thick and lubricated with oil.

For the filling we use a mixture of minced beef with bacon. To the meat we add small slices of onions and potatoes, and then we put the shredded zircon and a little greenery of coriander. If you do not like coriander, then replace it with parsley.

We take a portion of the filling and distribute it in a thin stripe, retreating from the edge of 4-5 cm. Cover the meat with a free edge and pass over the knife. Fold the dough with the filling into the bud and put it on a greased grille of mantovarki or steamer. Cook for a couple of order of 40-45 minutes. Before you prepare lazy mantles, let's do the stewing of the vegetables for the pillow. Cut half the onion and combine it with grated carrots and chopped cabbage. Spread the vegetables in a frying pan, pour tomato sauce and half a glass of water. Vegetables cover with a lid and put to stew on a slow fire, while we take up the mantles.

Raskatav rested dough, distribute on its surface a mixture of minced meat with chopped onions and spices. Fold the dough into a roll and cut it across, pieces of 4-5 cm. Finely shred cabbage and by analogy grind carrots and white onions. In a frying pan, we warm up a third of the vegetable oil and we pass on it all the vegetables for 7-10 minutes. After the allotted time, add the tomato paste to the frying pan, pour two-thirds of the glass of water and stew until soft. Ready filling cool to warm, and in the meantime we roll the dough into a huge layer a little more than a millimeter thick and lubricate it with the second third of vegetable oil. We distribute the filling from the vegetables by the test and roll it into a roll. Roll the "snake" into a grease-filled basket of steamer and place it in boiling salted water for an hour.
