Next, hammer one egg, add the flour passed through the sieve and the spices. Combine the dough until smooth and serve it in portions on the hot surface of the frying pan, frying until it turns brown.

Together, combine mayonnaise, shredded herbs and lemon juice. Serve the mayonnaise sauce with hot pancakes or serve to a cooled dish.
