To prepare a "lazy" oatmeal, pour the oat flakes with boiling water, or milk, kefir (other liquid fermented milk products) and wait for the flakes to swell. Of course, this variant of preparation is preferable from the point of view of dietology. Fill in a jar of boiling water or even cold boiled water (then just wait longer until it is ready, but this option is even better). Optimal pour flakes with water at a temperature of about 60-70 ° C. If you use milk instead of water, do not boil it, just heat it (of course, it is better that the milk be pasteurized). You can add a little cinnamon and other spices (cardamom, saffron, ground ginger, etc.) to the can of oatmeal.

In the finished oatmeal can add oil, honey, fruit jam or syrup, steamed shredded dried fruits, shredded nuts, pieces of fresh fruit. Dried fruits and nuts can be laid with flakes before steaming. Fresh fruit-berries should be added to the prepared oatmeal in order not to lose vitamins during steaming. In the version with a cold or slightly warm pouring, you can also lay them at once.
