For the best result, before preparing the dough, the yogurt is warmed up a little. Its temperature should be about thirty degrees. Then we throw soda and mix. Now add salt, sugar and let stand for five to seven minutes. After the time has elapsed, we pour the sifted flour and start the dough with a consistency, like a thin sour cream.

We clean the onions and garlic, chop it very finely with a knife or use a meat grinder and add to the meat minced meat. Throw salt, ground black pepper to taste, and chopped fresh herbs (if desired) and mix.

Now we combine the dough with minced meat and mix it well.

In the frying pan pour the vegetable oil, warm it well and spoon a little dough with minced meat, forming pies. The procedure for baking them is similar to the preparation of pancakes.

When lazy pies are browned on medium heat from both sides, we take them out on a plate, having saturated excess fat with a napkin or paper towel.

Lazy pies with green onions and eggs are prepared in a similar way, where instead of minced meat in dough, add a mixture of boiled eggs and green onions.

Lazy pies with sausage, potatoes and lavash cheese
