This delicacy not only looks pretty on the table, but also has an amazing texture and aroma, and can also quickly quench your desire to have a snack with something sweet. As in most Soviet recipes, the classic Oreshkov recipe with condensed milk includes a list of the most available and widely available ingredients, but you will need a special frying pan for cooking.

The first to whip together sour cream with egg and sugar crystals. When the crystals of the latter dissolve, melt the butter, and then, after slightly cooling it, pour into the rest of the mixture. Then send a small amount of soda. When the mixture is ready, pour in the flour and mix a soft but not sticky dough. Divide the dough into small portions and roll them. Distribute the balls of dough in the cells of a red-hot nuts shape. The temperature of the mold directly determines how the preparation will take place, therefore make sure that the surface is really well heated, otherwise the cookie may stick. After frying the "Nuts", cool them and cut the excess dough from all sides. Add the cookie crumb to the condensed milk and mix. Start with the preparation of the dough, the first step in which will be whipping the first pair of ingredients into a whitish cream. To the cream, add the melted but pre-cooled butter and repeat the whipping. Extinguish soda and pour it into the egg-and-oil mixture. Whisk again and add the flour with vanillin. The resulting buttery dough is easily molded, so pinch off small portions from it and roll them into balls. Place each of the balls in the cells of the red hazel on the stove. Prepare classic "Nuts" with condensed milk over an open fire for about 5 minutes on both sides, orientate by the color of the cookie.

Grind the nuts and mix them with the condensed milk. Fill the cookie halves with the mixture.
