Lidase is a natural substance synthesized from testes of cattle and stimulates the acceleration of metabolic processes and biochemical transformations.

The active substance of this drug is the substance of hyaluronidase. Hyaluronidase has the ability to reduce the concentration of hyaluronic acid, which in large quantities is formed in places of scar tissue and in adhesions. The appearance of scars can occur not only on the skin, but also in the joints (scarring of the joint ligaments) and in the cornea of ​​the eyes, in the lungs. When administered to the body of hyaluronidase:

• helps to remove swelling;
• prevents constriction of tissues;
• facilitates the movement of intercellular fluids;
• stimulates the permeability of blood vessels;
• accelerates resorption by hematomas , etc.

Lydase is produced in ampoules in the form of a powder, which is suitable for the preparation of solutions for inhalations, injections and droppers.

Intramuscular injections of Lidase are administered with such diseases and tissue disorders as:

• pulmonary tuberculosis ;
• limitation of mobility and joint disease (arthritis, arthrosis, etc.)
• formation of postoperative scars;
• heart attack;
• neuritis;
• skin ulcers.

Lidase injections are also used in cosmetology to correct the consequences of the infringement of the technology of the introduction of cosmetic preparations. The use of injections Lidazy with ophthalmic diseases allows you to achieve minimal scarring with damage to the cornea and the retina.

In gynecology, injections of Lidazy can be prescribed during the formation of adhesions in the organs of the small pelvis. But most often for the treatment of diseases of the female sexual sphere, vaginal suppositories and Lidase electrophoresis are used.

Preparation and dosage of intramuscular solution

Dilute the preparation of Liadazu for intramuscular injections, as well as for other methods of use, followed with saline or with novocaine (0.5% concentration). For this, one ampoule of Lidase powder per ml of liquid is used.

In diseases, the course of treatment with Lydase is from 6 up to 15 injections, which are done every day or every other day. In some cases, if necessary, the duration of the course can be increased. The drug is administered either subcutaneously (for scar formation), or intramuscularly near the site of the lesion.

Contraindications for the use of injections Lidazy

Lidase injections are not prescribed in the presence of cancer, infectious and other inflammatory processes, with pulmonary heart failure. In addition, there are cases of individual drug intolerance, expressed in the occurrence of allergic reactions.
