  1. Cowberry should be pre-sorted, getting rid of spoiled specimens. The selected berries are washed thoroughly, let it drain in a colander, and then spread on a towel for additional drying.
  2. When the whole berry mass finally dries, we can proceed to the next stage. To make lingonberry, rubbed with sugar for the winter, you can grind it in a blender or pass through a meat grinder.
  3. Further, it is enough to simply mix the obtained crumb cranberry mass with sugar to taste, adding it from one and a half to three kilograms for one and a half kilograms of berries.
  4. We now pack a treat on sterile jars, cover them with covers and store them in a cool place.

  1. To prepare wet bilberry, we initially mix the water purified with sugar, place the vessel with the mixture on the plate of the plate and warm it with frequent stirring until the boiling and dissolution of all the crystals.
  2. After the syrup is ready, we cool it to room temperature.
  3. During the preparation and cooling of the syrup, we prepare berries of cranberries. We sort through them, rinse them under running water and let them drain, then we put them in a jar sterilized beforehand. There we throw the buds of a carnation and a stick of cinnamon and pour in the cooled syrup.
  4. The workpiece should be placed in a darkened cool place, where it is left for a month. After a lapse of time, the soaked cowberry will be ready for consumption.

Use for this you can and frozen and fresh berries.
