For residents of the entire post-Soviet space, mandarins are strongly associated with the New Year holidays. But these wonderful citruses are easy to use in a variety of diets, which will quickly and reliably get rid of excess weight.

Can I tangerine on a diet?

Proceeding from the fact that all gifts of mother nature have low calorie content, weight loss on them always proceeds faster and easier. Just imagine: the caloric content of tangerines is only 53 calories per 100 grams of the product. Thus, even if you eat a whole kilogram, you will get only 530 calories, which is about half the calorie from the normal diet of losing weight. The calorie content of the 1st mandarin, depending on its size, ranges from about 40 to 60 units. Thus, mandarins can be eaten with a diet, even if it is very strict and low-calorie.

Of course, mandarins during a diet in which a strictly prescribed diet is prohibited, if they are not included in the original composition. The fact is that many diets are based not only on calorie content, but also on chemical reactions, so if the author of the technique has indicated a strict diet, then it is not recommended to supplement it even with fruit.

Mandarin: Diet-discharge

The easiest way to lose weight on tangerines is to arrange for yourself unloading days twice a week, strictly on the same days - for example, on Tuesday and Friday. They perfectly influence the body, enriching it with vitamins, and, in addition, increase the metabolism, so you can lose weight on other days, if you can deny yourself a sweet, flour and fat (such products slow down the metabolism).

So, how do you organize regular unloading days on tangerines?

  1. Buy 1.5 kg of mandarins - this is your maximum for the whole day. You can eat less, more - no.
  2. Before each meal, drink a glass of water. For the day should be drunk at least 1.5 liters.
  3. All other products are strictly prohibited.
  4. It is recommended to eat 5-6 times a day, every time you feel hunger.
  5. Watch for well-being - if you have a skin or stomach reaction, stop the diet immediately.

The latter rule is especially important for those who are prone to allergies or suffer from diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Be careful, listen to yourself if the diet does not go - do not risk your health!

Mandarin diet for 7 days

This version of the diet on tangerines has a broader diet, but no less strict. If all the rules are observed, you can lose 3-5 kilograms of excess weight at once. So, consider the diet:

Monday

  1. Breakfast: 5 tangerines, two slices of lean ham, tea without sugar.
  2. Lunch: 5 tangerines, servings of vegetable salad, tea.
  3. Dinner: a portion of lean meat with vegetable garnish (except corn, potatoes), leaf salad.

Tuesday

  1. Breakfast: 5 tangerines, two eggs, tea without sugar.
  2. Lunch: 5 tangerines, low-fat cheese or cottage cheese.
  3. Dinner: boiled fish, vegetable salad, a slice of bread.

Wednesday

  1. Breakfast: 5 tangerines, oatmeal, tea without sugar.
  2. Lunch: 5 tangerines, a cup of vegetable soup.
  3. Dinner: chicken breast in any form, grilled vegetables.

Thursday

  1. Breakfast: juice, egg, 3 tangerines.
  2. Lunch: 5 tangerines, vegetable salad, bread.
  3. Dinner: vegetable stew, 5 tangerines.

Friday

  1. Breakfast: fruit salad, tea.
  2. Lunch: baked potatoes, vegetable salad.
  3. Supper: lean beef, tomatoes, 3 mandarins.

For the next two days of the diet, you can choose the menu of the day that you liked more than others. Do not continue this diet for more than one week!

This diet involves the complete elimination of sugar and a strict restriction of salt - it should be used minimally, and preferably replaced with herbs and spices.
