Five-minute chocolate cake on kefir "Fantastic"
Ingredients:
- flour - 2 items;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- kefir - 300 ml;
- food soda - 1 teaspoon;
- sugar - 2 items;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- walnuts - to taste.
For cream:
- sugar - 1 item;
- sour cream - 400 ml;
- Butter - 200 g.
Preparation
In one container, whip kefir with vegetable oil and eggs, and in another pour sugar, cocoa, flour and soda. Then we connect both masses and mix. Pour the finished dough into a mold and send it to the hot oven for about 1 hour. After that, gently remove the cake and cool it. Now cut the biscuit with a sharp large knife into several pieces. To make the cream, sour cream is beaten with sugar and gradually injects the oil. We bring everything to a magnificent consistency. We cover the creams with a creamy cream and sprinkle with crushed nuts on all sides. The finished simple chocolate cake on kefir is left for about 3 hours soaked, and then served for tea.
Chocolate cake with kefir "Nochenka"
Ingredients:
- soda - 2 teaspoons;
- kefir - 500 ml;
- sugar - 2 items;
- flour - 2 items;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- cocoa - 8 tbsp. spoons.
For cream:
- milk - 400 ml;
- sugar - 1 item;
- flour - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- Butter - 100 g.
Preparation
In slightly warmed kefir we throw soda, pour in flour, sugar and drive in eggs. Mix the dough with a mixer, add to the taste of cocoa and lightly beat until homogeneous. The bottom of the form is covered with parchment paper, sprinkle the sides with butter and sprinkle with small breadcrumbs or a manga. Pour batter 1 cm thick and distribute it evenly over the entire surface. We bake cakes for 10 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees. Without losing time, we'll make a cream for the cake: beat the eggs into a foam, pour in a little milk and pour in the flour. The remaining milk is boiled with granulated sugar, we reduce the heat and pour the egg mixture with a trickle, stirring. Boil the cream for about 5-7 minutes before thickening, and then cool to room temperature. Next, gently enter the warm oil and whisk until lush. Spread the cakes with custard and leave the cake soaked for about 4 hours.
Chocolate cake on kefir in a multivark
Ingredients:
- kefir - 200 ml;
- egg - 3 pieces;
- sugar - 200 g;
- vanillin;
- flour - 2 items;
- condensed milk - 1 jar;
- baking powder - 1 sachet.
Preparation
Sugar beat up with eggs, pour kefir, add vanillin, baking powder to taste and pour in flour. We cover the bowl with oil, pour the dough there and set the "Baking" mode. Bake the cake for 60 minutes, and then cool and cut the biscuit into 2 pieces. We soak the cakes with condensed milk and leave it for impregnation for several hours.
