Operating procedure:

  1. Cut out pieces of toy chanterelles from paper. We need these parts:
  • We will cut out all parts of the toy chanterelle from felt. From the orange felt we will cut out the trunk (2 children), paws (4 children), tail (2 children), head (2 children). From the white felt we will cut the ears (2 children), the breast (1 child.), Specks on the head (2 children) and the tip of the tail (2 children).
  • We sew white specks and ears to one part of the head.
  • We sew this detail of the head with the second part of the head, leaving a hole in the bottom.
  • To the details of the tail, we sew the white tips.
  • Sew the details of the tail, leaving a hole for packing.
  • To one detail of the torso of a chanterelle we shall sew a breast from white felt.
  • We sew this detail of the trunk with the second detail, and in the neck we leave a hole.
  • Sew paws, leaving on each foot a small hole.
  • Fill all the parts with a synthepon.
  • Sew holes on the paws, tail and torso.
  • We fix the head on the body and sew it with orange threads.
  • Sew a chanterelle paws.
  • Sew a chanterelle tail.
  • Sew a chanterelle bead and beady eyes.
  • The chanterelle is ready. Such a small toy fox is suitable for children's games, and can also become a Christmas tree toy - for this purpose it is enough to sew to it a loop made of ribbon or decorative lace.
