Preparation
To prepare the curd cakes we take the egg and whisk it well with sugar into a lush foam. Add the wiped cottage cheese and mix thoroughly. Then pour the soda vinegar, cinnamon and sifted flour. We mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Now spread the cooked dough into molds and bake in a steamer for about 40 minutes until it is ready. Then we shift the muffins to a dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve it on the table.
