Oven warm up to 180 degrees. Oil and flour grind into a crumb with the addition of 2 tablespoons of water. Form the dough into a bowl and wrap it with food film.

Sausages browned in a frying pan for 5 minutes. Separately, we sliced ​​the sliced ​​leek on butter 2-3 minutes, then sprinkle it with flour and pour all the milk. Season the contents of the frying pan with salt and pepper and bring to a boil.

Cut fried sausages into rings and add them to the onions. Sprinkle the filling with herbs.

The dough is divided into two portions: one slightly more, and the second - less. Most of the rolling and laying on the bottom of a greased form. On top, distribute the filling and cover everything with a second layer of dough. In the center of the "lid" of the pie, make a small hole for the exit of steam. We bake a pie with sausage in the oven for 25 minutes.

The same pie can be prepared without the use of an oven, for example, in a multivark. By analogy with the baking dish, grease the bowl of the device with oil, cover with a layered dough and place the filling on it.
