Pies with sausage and potatoes in cheese dough
Nutritious patties with sausage and potatoes can replace a full meal, try and see for yourself.
Ingredients:
For the test:
- wheat flour - 500 g;
- salt - 1 teaspoon;
- powder for baking - 1 teaspoon;
- butter - 100 g;
- cream cheese - 250 g;
- egg - 1 piece;
- hard cheese - 225 g.
For filling:
- onions - 2 pcs .;
- potatoes boiled - 300 g;
- sage - 20 leaves;
- sausages - 400 g;
- grain mustard - 2 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
Flour sift in a deep bowl with powder for baking and add soft butter. The resulting crumb is mixed with egg, salt and soft cream cheese, carefully mix the dough until smooth. Now we complement the dough with grated cheese and roll into the bowl. Ball of dough wrapped with food film and left in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, sausages cut into slices and fry. Separately, we pass the rings of onion to softness. Sage chop, and boiled potatoes cut into cubes. Mix all the ingredients of the filling together with the grain mustard .
The dough is rolled out, we cut out the circles from it, put the filling in the center of each mug and we patch the edges. Lubricate pies with sausage whipped egg and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, and then another 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
This self-sufficient and very satisfying dish does not require any additions. Serve it to a table with a mug of aromatic dark beer and none of your guests will stand before this dish.
Lazy fried pies with sausage
Ingredients:
- bread for sandwiches - 6 pieces;
- sausages - 6 pieces;
- hard cheese - 6 slices;
- mayonnaise, or ketchup;
- egg - 1-2 pieces;
- milk - 1 item;
- flour - 1 item;
- bread crumbs - 1 item;
- vegetable oil.
Preparation
Cut the crust from the bread, and the remaining crumb is rolled using a rolling pin. Lubricate the resulting biscuit with mayonnaise, or ketchup, and on top put a thin slice of cheese. On the edge of the bread slice we put the sausage and turn everything into a roll. We quickly dipped the resulting roll into the milk first, then we pour in the flour, after, in the beaten egg and finally in bread breaded bread. Fry the sausages in the batter in a large amount of preheated oil until golden brown.
You can serve such sausages to beer with various sauces, vegetable salads, or you can supplement a snack with a glass of cool juice, tea, or coffee.
Layered pies with sausage
Ingredients:
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- red onions - 2 pcs .;
- brown sugar - 1 1/2 tbsp. spoons;
- puff pastry -1 packing;
- egg - 1 piece;
- beef sausages - 8 pieces;
- tomato sauce.
Preparation
Oven reheat to 200 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment. In a frying pan, we warm up the olive oil.
The sheet of puff pastry is cut into 4 parts. The surface of one of these squares is greased with a beaten egg and put onion on top of it. On the onion pillow, put the sausage and roll the dough into a roll. Each coated roll is covered with a beaten egg from above and laid out on a baking sheet. We cook sausages in puff pastry for 20-25 minutes, we serve it hot on our own, with salsa or tomato sauce.
