Pike carcass thoroughly cleaned from scales, cut fins and head, leaving them on a rich fish broth, and carcass guts and again washed. We cut fish into steaks or cut only fillets - the choice remains to your taste.

In a frying pan, warm up a little vegetable oil and pass it on finely chopped onions with grated carrots on a large grater. As soon as the vegetables have reached semi-preparedness, we lay out pieces of pike pulp over them and pour everything with tomato paste and sour cream sauce with the addition of dried herbs and bay leaf. We simmer the fish under the lid for 10-15 minutes. At the end of the time, sprinkle the dish with cheese and put it under the grill, bake until a ruddy crust.

If you want to cook a pike in sour cream in a multivark, then after roasting the vegetables, switch to "Quenching" mode, lay out the fish pieces, pour them with sauce and cook for about 30 minutes.

We cut the gutted pike into large steaks, salt, pepper and roll in flour. Fry fish to a golden color on all sides. Separately, we let in the frying pan rings of onions and grated carrots. Potatoes cook until half-ready and cut into large circles.

We bake the baking tray with oil and put pike on it. Around the steaks we distribute potatoes, and on it we spread onions and carrots. Sour cream we dilute 125 ml of water, salt and pepper the prepared sauce and pour it over the fish. We put the pike in a preheated to 190 degrees oven for 25-30 minutes. For 5-7 minutes until ready, sprinkle potatoes and fish with grated cheese and switch to "Grill" mode, so that the pike and sour cream in the oven is covered with a uniform golden crust.
