Pea soup with smoked chicken

You can cook pea soup with chicken (smoked). To prepare this dish, you will need 1 cup of peas, 1 smoked chicken breast, 1 carrot, 1-2 onions, 2 celery stalks, 100-150 ceps or mushrooms, a little vegetable oil for passering and 30-40 grams of natural butter, 1 , 5 liters of chicken broth, dried spices, greens, garlic. We will pour the peas in cold water for 3 hours, or better - at night. Salt the water, fill it clean and put it in a cauldron or in a saucepan. When the water boils, cook for about 10 minutes, salt the water and fill the chickpeas with chicken broth. When the peas are cooked, we break it into puree. Peeled onions, carrots, mushrooms and celery are chopped finely. Save the onions and carrots in a frying pan, then add chopped mushrooms and celery. We will extinguish, stirring with a spatula, 5-8 minutes. And another 3-5 minutes under the lid on low heat. Add the contents of the frying pan to the cauldron. Add the chicken breast, cut into small cubes. Put dry spices and fill the soup with butter. Finished soup cover the lid for 15 minutes - let it fill. Before serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped herbs and garlic. You can serve toast or crackers.

Soup with non-smoked meat

You can cook pea soup with a non-smoked chicken or any other meat. In this case, we can act as follows: we will cook the chicken (meat) separately, and the peas separately. Slightly cool the peas and mash it in puree (you can blender). Add to the pea puree meat broth, vegetable passekrovku, pieces of meat, dry spices. Cook all together for about 5-8 minutes and let us brew. Before serving, add to each serving greens and garlic.
