Potatoes with ham

One of the classic combinations is potato with ham. A delicious and satisfying dish can be prepared in various ways and we will describe some of them below.

Potatoes stuffed with ham and cheese

Let's start with heating the oven to 200 degrees. Wash the potatoes with a vetch in several places and lay them on a baking tray. Bake the tubers 1 hour, then let them cool for 10-15 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into 2 halves and extract about 70% of the pulp from each, using a spoon. We melt the butter and lubricate the remaining potato "boats". We bake "boats" under the grill for 8-10 minutes, so that they grab a crust.

The pulp of potatoes is mashed in a puree with the addition of milk. We spread the mashed potatoes back into the "boats", filling them about half. On top of the mashed potatoes we put the diced ham and sprinkle everything with grated cheese. It remains only to return the potato with ham and cheese back under the grill for another 10 minutes. That's it, stuffed potatoes are ready!

Potatoes baked with ham in the oven

The oven is heated up to 190 degrees. Spinach we put in boiling water for a couple of seconds, after which we immediately fill the greens with icy water.

Hard cheese rubbing. Melt half of all the butter and mix it with flour. Fill the oil and flour with milk, mix thoroughly, so that there will not be lumps. Cook the sauce until thick, then add it to sour cream, chopped green onions and 2/3 of all cheese. Do not forget about salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Potatoes are cleaned and cut into thin slices together with onions. We lubricate the baking dish with oil. Spread pieces of potatoes (2/3 of the total) on the bottom of the mold, and from above distribute shallots, sauce ham. Bake a dish 1 ¼ hour and serve, sprinkling with the remains of green onions.

Similarly, you can make potatoes with ham in a multivark. After laying all the layers of ingredients, turn on the "Baking" mode for an hour and a half. Ready dish is also decorated with sliced ​​greenery.
