For cooking pork roast, the pulp is washed, drained and chopped portionwise. We process the bulbs from the husks, shred and send them to the frying pan heated with the oil. We brown the vegetable to a golden hue and spread it into a wide bowl. In the frying pan throw the pork, stir and fry for 25 minutes, pouring to taste.
