Recipe for frying pork in a frying pan
Ingredients:
- pork (flesh) - 505 g;
- onion - 75 g;
- spice;
- tomato paste - 15 ml;
- acute adzhika - 10 ml;
- meat broth - 105 ml.
Preparation
For cooking pork roast, the pulp is washed, drained and chopped portionwise. We process the bulbs from the husks, shred and send them to the frying pan heated with the oil. We brown the vegetable to a golden hue and spread it into a wide bowl. In the frying pan throw the pork, stir and fry for 25 minutes, pouring to taste. After we add onion roast, mix, we put tomato paste and adzhika. Fill everything with a hot meat broth, reduce the heat and stew for 10 minutes, closing the lid. Next, we take the dish off the plate, insist the food for a while, and then serve it to the table, spread out into plates and sprinkled with chopped fresh herbs.
Roast pork with vegetable sauce
Ingredients:
- pork (flesh) - 805 g;
- carrots - 65 g;
- vegetable oil;
- bulb - 65 g;
- ginger fresh - to taste;
- spice;
- butter - 25 g;
- thyme and ground pepper - to taste;
- meat broth - 705 ml;
- fresh greens;
- tomato paste - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- laurel dry leaf;
- flour - 35 g.
Preparation
Before preparing the frying pan in a frying pan, pork is chopped in small portions. Spread the meat in a bowl, season with spices and mix. Ginger is cleaned, shredded in thin slices and put into a frying pan with oil. Fry it to a beautiful color, and then take out the noise and add it to a bowl. Prepared pork brown with aromatic oil for 10 minutes, stirring. After throwing a small piece of creamy butter and letting the meat 5-7 minutes before the appearance of a beautiful appetizing crust. Next, sprinkle a little wheat flour, stir with a wooden spatula and fry another 5 minutes. Then gently pour in hot meat broth, reduce heat, cover with a lid and weak the dish, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.

- onion - 55 g;
- sour cream low-fat - 195 ml;
- wheat flour - 25 g;
- vegetable oil - 55 ml;
- spice;
- filtered water - 415 ml.
Preparation
The meat is processed, cut into pieces and fried, stirring, on vegetable oil, until a beautiful golden crust is formed. We clean the onion and knead it lightly. Then throw it to the pork and brown it, stirring, 10 minutes. Next, pour in water, throw the spices to taste, stir and weigh the dish until half cooked. We spread the flour with water, add low-fat sour cream and pour the sauce over the meat. We cook the pork roast from the pork in the frying pan until the gravy thickens, and then spread out on the plates.
