Sprinkle evenly the greens and cheese almost on the entire surface of the formation, excluding the edges, and fold into the roll (s). Lubricate the baking sheet with a piece of fat and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes . Slightly cool and served to the table with fish or meat dishes or with sour-milk products.
