Cake with nuts

Cake with prunes and nuts

Eggs beat with sugar in a lush mass, add soda, which is extinguished with vinegar, and mix thoroughly. Then pour in flour, cocoa, chopped walnuts and prunes , pre-steamed. At the very end, add a little oil, knead the dough and pour it into the mold.

We bake a cake with walnuts at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes, checking the readiness of a toothpick. Pour gelatin with cold water and leave for about 30 minutes for swelling. Finished biscuit gently remove from the mold and cool. This time, we are preparing the cream for the time being: we dissolve gelatin in a water bath, mix it with a sugar mixer, pour gelatin into it and whisk again. We cut the sponge cake into 3 identical parts, we cover them with a lot of cream, form the cake, leave it for one hour soaked, and then serve it to the table.

Cake with nuts and meringues

Chilled proteins whisk together with a mixer until the size increases several times. Continuing to beat, gradually pour the powdered sugar. Then we sift the starch onto the proteins and add a glass of nuts. Slightly mix the mass with a shovel, chopping movements and lay out the cakes on 2 large baking trays lined with parchment paper.

Bake them at 150 degrees for 10 minutes, and then another 1.5 hours at 130 degrees. Now it is necessary to prepare only a cream: we take melted creamy oil and whisk it properly to whiteness. Then add a tablespoon of condensed milk and mix. Ready cakes skim abundantly with cream, and sprinkle with chopped nuts. The remains of the cream are used to decorate the top and sides of the cake, put the treat for 2 hours in the fridge, and then serve the cake on the table.

Cake "Anthill" with nuts

The sifted flour is divided into two parts. In one half we add baking powder, we put sour cream, vanillin, sugar and melted butter. All carefully mix and pour the remaining flour, continuing to knead the dough until smooth. Then roll it into a ball and remove it for half an hour in the refrigerator for cooling. Then skip the dough through a meat grinder, or rub it on a grater. The resulting crumb is laid out on a baking tray and baked until ready.

The finished dough is additionally grinded by hands. Now go to the preparation of cream: butter butter beaten with a mixer, add boiled condensed milk and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Next, mix the prepared cream with a crumbled cake, throw nuts, raisins, or put candied fruit to your taste. The resulting mass is evenly spread out in the form of a slide on a tray, from above decorate the "Anthill" with grated chocolate and set it for cooling in the refrigerator.
